At Greedy Pig Catering, we’ll serve your wedding breakfast based on the service style you’ve chosen, and we’ll keep it coming until all the agreed portions are out on the tables. We always hold back a little contingency, just in case, it’s part of making sure everyone’s covered, the 5 second rule can’t be applied here!!! That said, in line with UK Food Safety Standards, this contingency food can’t be left out for general use.
We care deeply about reducing food waste and have spent years fine-tuning our portion sizes to strike the perfect balance between satisfying your guests and avoiding unnecessary prep. Depending on your evening food plans and the venue, there may be the option to leave food out for guests later on. In some cases, this can be done with a signed disclaimer from the couple.
