We will need;
A catering tent of at least 6 x 6 meters.
Van parking and access, next to the catering tent.
Trestle tables x 10. (Sturdy!)
Either a solid, washable and non-stainable, kitchen floor, that is level and without trip hazard, or hardstanding that is to the same standard.
Uninterrupted lighting source, within the catering tent.
Access to a drinking water supply, adjacent to the catering tent.
Minimum of a 40KVA generator (3 x 13 amp sockets for the kitchen) plus whatever the bar, band or whoever else may be drawing power will require.
Access to bins / skip.
